A skip link, labels on every field, and type you can read without squinting.
Ask for a clearer pageEvery page starts with a skip link to the content. The header, the main column, and the footer are marked so a screen reader can move among them. The menu is a native disclosure. On a phone it is one row labelled Menu. On a wider screen the links sit in a row.
Body type is 18px with a line height of 1.55. Headings use a heavier face. The ink is a near black on white. Buttons are white on a deep indigo that clears ordinary contrast. Links in prose are underlined, so color is not the only cue.
Form fields have visible labels. The calendar on the booking page does not load until you ask for it, so the page does not jump while you are still reading. Pictures carry a text alternative and a reserved size so the column does not shift when they arrive.
The home clip plays with the sound off and loops. If your system asks for reduced motion, that clip hides and the still picture stays, and the small lift on a tile is turned off. The home uses a gentle scroll snap on a phone only, and it is proximity, so a flick does not trap you on a card.
Tap targets for the menu, the buttons, and the tile labels are at least 44px. The Ask Steven chip sits clear of the form at the widths we test. If it ever covers a control, tell us by phone and we will move it.
